My name is Bryan Montierth, and I was raised here in eastern Arizona. I love the Gila Valley and everything that comes with it: the great outdoor weather, beautiful views of Mt. Graham and the endless green (or white, if it's almost picking time) cotton fields. I had the opportunity to spend 2 years on a mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I loved my time there and developed an appreciation for the people, the culture, and the language.
Since my mission, I've studied business and real estate law and investing principles at Arizona State University, where I graduated with a B.S. in Management. In 2012, I became a licensed agent and have been involved in many real estate transactions since then, ranging from the most simple deals to complex foreclosure and investment transactions. I have done opinions of value for clients such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, Chase Bank, and National Bank of Arizona and have extensive experience in determining value based on current market conditions and the unique features of individual properties.
Each client and transaction for me brings a unique experience, which is what makes this job so interesting and exciting for me. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to work with you. I hope you'll put my experience and expertise to work for you!
7 years experience both representing individual sellers, as well as many corporate clients, banks and investors.
